Akariss's Legendary Banner Predictions.

If you haven't realised, Akariss has made, yet another Legendary Banner Prediction and it really looks good. He stated that it could possibly be the best Legendary Banner in terms of fodder.

A quick overview:

Prediction of what the red focused units are: NY!Camilla, L!Ryoma (Confirmed) and WT!Reinhardt/King Chrom.

Prediction of what the Blue focused units are: Ishtar, L!Celica or Micaiah( Blue Flying Mage)/Flying Dragon Naga and Nephenee.

Prediction of what the Green focused units are: L!Lyn (Confirmed), W!Lissa and LA!Lilina.

Prediction of what the Colourless focused units are: L!Grima (Confirmed), WF!Hinoka and S!Kagero.

What do you think of these predictions, it looks crazy! Well, I'm going to start Saving. If these units are in the Legendary Banner, I would summon on Blue/Colourless. I really want M!Grima as he's the last of the Fallen Heroes on a Legendary Banner.

Those are the worst two red units in the game, feel bad for you. Atleast you have Sword Valour!

Free pull on Blue!

In a previous prediction he says he usually hits 7 or 8 out of 12. Based on his predictions I would probably pull blue and use green or colourless as escape colours if no blue orbs appear.

The things that interest me are atk/spd bond, bold fighter, probably the new legendary, Nephenee, Nephenee for wrath fodder, maybe an IV change on WF Hinoka, maybe spd tactic (but it might get released into the 4* pool by the time I need it), and an IV change on L.Ryoma. Don't think I want S.Kagero because I have Sothe and enough fliers already, and non-seasonal +10 special dagger will eventually appear. If the banner comes out exactly as he predicted, I don't find enough concentration in any colour to pull any except blue.

Personally I am in a pretty good spot, so I'm likely going to save for a nice L!Ike or L!Hector banner, but man oh man would it be tough to pass up on a Legendary Celica. I have both versions and she is always one of my favorite units to use. By the time the legendary banner rolls around, I should have about 200 orbs. That should be enough to beat the average number to get a copy, but I'm hoping I can resist and save for something that will help my arena/arena assault scoring instead.

Me and my 7 orbs are ready! Seriously, I don't mind Celica she's a decent unit, while her F!Celica alt is game breaking and scary, not going to pull unless she has crazy skills.

I had about 550 for the Hector legendary banner (only got 2 hectors, but I got SEVEN B!ikes!)...it's honestly not all that hard to amass a lot of orbs - we get about 250-300 a month, so if you just go about your business, you can get a nice cache before you know it.

I used to find it incredibly difficult to resist pulling, especially with all the youtube videos and hype surrounding new units. At first I started out by refusing to pull on a banner on day 1 - if I still REALLY felt I wanted the unit on day 2, I'd go for it. But even just waiting a day seemed to help me think rationally about whether I really needed a unit.

Sorry to go on and on there - it wasn't like you were asking for saving advice, but thought I'd share my process. Saving has been incredibly rewarding for me. Building units > 1 copy of an eventual bench unit for me.

I really do need saving Advice, it really is tempting to summon, if I didn't summon on any banners in June/July, I could of got 350 orbs.

There are so many banners to tempt you into spending your orbs these days, most people are left with nothing when legendary banner time rolls around. It's a crummy feeling, I've been there many times.

And just think...how often do you really hear or see Summer Tana now? She's a very solid unit, but now that her arena season is over, you really don't see her. I'm not saying you shouldn't pull for your favorites, but at least try to think to yourself about the cost of pulling. Sniping for a hero most of the time takes, depending on color pool, a 120+ orb investment for a single copy (on average). Are you okay with that investment?

With that type of investment is kinda out of my budget, I usually like to spend about 60-90 orbs on a banner to specifically summon a unit, like S!Tana, until I got pity broken by a Katarina. Sometimes I free summon the unit like YT!IOlivia ( so happy that I spent no orbs to get her) or I get to 14% pity rate on a legendary banner. The investment is fine to a certain extent. Its just the temptation to summon. The current summer banner is stealing my orbs..

I'm sitting at 460ish orbs. (Helps that I cleared that damned Book II ch. 9+10 chain challenge. Still disgusted that a flying mage can literally have 200BST - that's equivalent to 24-27 merges) I've been restless trying to figure out where to summon, but the ones that interest me are the seasonals, YT, legendary, maybe the next round of seasonals, probably the August legendary banner, CYL, and maybe an August banner. I should be able to fire 800 by the time all of these banners end, so I only get to pick 4 or at most 5. I know that I can wait until at least Aug 6 because the upcoming legendary banner will be the first to end, so I'm not making any decisions until I see at least what shows up on the legendary banner. For me, it's the awareness that accepting one banner means giving up another, and who knows what I'm giving up on a banner that hasn't been revealed? Also, that I don't have the feathers to build all the units I want anytime soon. Also helps at the moment that I'm not sure how much I'm going to bother fighting for arena rewards (maybe still compete for AA rewards though - the coins would be really nice) with what they're about to do to it. 4 merge projects is enough to consume 9-10 months of feathers D:

What about a blue Hrid?

I think the reds are a pretty sure bet, but even though I want Exalt Chrom, Faye (if she does show up this time) and Legendary Ryoma, I might skip this depending on the units. I still don't have any of the Sketchy Summer units and have saved up 112 orbs at the moment.
