Airzura and Cowmilla builds?

Hey guys, I managed to pull:
+SPD/-HP Airzura
+RES/-HP Cowmilla
Airzura is pretty much straight forward, classic dancer with WoM build, but which A and C skills should I give her (if not running in a flyer emblem team?).
Also, which skills should I give to Cowmilla?

Henzura with Fjorm's A skill is welcomed.
C depends on tour entire team and game style.
Spur, Hone and drive boosts differ on way you use then.

Cowmilla is pretty Sad, but with speed and s Seal treathen spd, and desesperation, she can do some disaster... Look the meta

Airzura should have either Fury or Triangle Adept. Fury if you want better stats in case combat is unavoidable, and Triangle Adept if you want anti-blue. You could grab an Emerald Axe and Fury as well. Earth Dance is quite bad; if you have Wings of Mercy, give it to her as she can warp to any tile barring walls and refresh allies. For C slot, Hone Attack or Speed is fine, if Drive skills are not desired.

Cowmilla is not great. She seems to be support heavy with her base kit but she's built like a fighter. Her high BST and the Resistance Boon(+4 instead of +3) would be nice if without the Health Bane(-4 instead of -3). Regardless, if you feel as though there is little chance of pull a other, let alone better Cowmilla, then give her Live and Death or Fury, Desperation, and make sure to pick Speed Refinement on her weapon. C-Slot is your choice, Threaten skills are best. She will be a great combatant. It's a lot of investment so think it over.

If you can, keep Spd/Def Bond on Camilla, with her great Def, she'll be good baiting out other units, for a B skill Vantage or Renewal seem good. C skill as desired (supportive or a Threaten)

For Azura, Fury, WoM, and C skill as desired (supportive)
