After Whaling 2 times

Just wanna share how I feel right now.

I was spending about 20 USD a month on this game.

Ayra came, I spent about ~200 USD got her +5 which I was pretty happy about.
Now on this banner, I wanted at least a +5 Nowi, so I told myself, great luck she's the only red on this banner, unlike Ayra which was blocked by Eldigan.

500USD later, she's +4 =_=. After pulling like 4 5* Ogma... All my pull went up to 4%+ pity rate.

I feel so defeated by this game right now.

Not angry, rather feeling stupid.

I think it's time for me to go back being a small dolphin...

At least I got a nekomata in all this.

Why don't you just back to f2p? You will feel better probably. This game sometimes feel like a gambling machine, when you start you can never stop.

Yeah, I should do that before spending too much.

Funny thing is that after my Ayra pulls I said to myself I wasn't gonna spend on anything except on a Nowi Banner. And guess what, we had a H!Nowi banner.

"Like" a gambling machine? It IS a gambling machine. You insert money with hopes that your luck gets you something good. If you enjoy it, then fine enjoy it, however if using too much of that money gets you upset with yourself then don't.

You can still enjoy this game f2p, and idk about anyone else but I enjoy the game a lot more knowing that I have these limited orbs and that each 5* is a lot more valuable to me since they're so much rarer.

Personally I can see myself spending $20 every now and then if I had it, but I can't understand anything much higher than that. With $200 I could've gotten a 3ds and an actual Fire Emblem game.

Oh and I hope I dont sound like I'm making fun of you or anything I just wanted to my 2 cents in for whatever its worth.

I just bought Fire emblem Echoes for £ 15, I just started it looks good.

Played plenty of gacha being f2p.
Maybe the Gambling got the better of me on this one.

Gotta have a stronger mindset in the future to stop that from happening again. Possibly if I can figure what I could buy with that money is gonna help me.

I'm not going to bash you about the money spending, because you probably know it yourself and it's also your right to do whatever you want. I'll just point out that red has become one of the worst colors to summon for right next to the colorless, because there are far too many pity breakers. I think it should join the 'hell' category as well.

I always encourage at least one or two micro-transactions for players of games like this, having worked in the industry. But I agree with this wholeheartedly. Because of the over-saturated hero pools (red/blue/colorless), I'd say 20 bucks (a month) is all this game is worth if you have to buy orbs. Otherwise save your money until they fix summoning a bit.

4% is actually still lucky like hell. Going many times up between 5-6% . Example last Dance Banner got 3 times over 5% and got scewed with no Focus.

200usd for 5 Ayra is insane luck 400 orbs arround right? That is god luck like hell is normal 3- 7 Heroes if only pulling from red that is lucky to get 5 time Ayra. Short said insane luck 2 Dice roll win vs Eldigan vs No Focus.

500usd could be said arround 1000 orbs. Don t know if you just pull for red i guess (maybe doing first 3 summon full summon) What sound more a realsitc number that you get arround 8-14 then then let be realistic and say you get huge time unlucky with no focus heroes pull half. Possible Nowi of 4-7 that seems ok for price min but hey your last banner with Ayra what was way harder was ++max win.

Yeah pulling Ayra 6 times was crazy luck and got her +atk, -res which was perfect.That's why I thought I could have that luck again and even better since there was no other red units in this banner.
Wrong of me to have thought that.

$200 to get Ayra to +5 is incredibly lucky. It is probably unnecessary to compare your average luck to your best luck and then feel depressed...
