Aether stone spend advice

I have 410 to spend here. So far, I’ve been balanced on building all bonus structures for each season, but want to ask before building the panic manor(s), should I forgo those for something more important?

I’m in T15, have raiding and defending parties with 4 players each.

I haven’t upgraded my defensive or offensive fortress yet, thinking it might be important to save few for the offensive one.

Offensive battles are getting tough, and I’m starting to think about raiding teams of 5 so I can always include either Aversa (for panic) or a razzle dazzle on my raiding parties.

410 stones is enough for 1 extra player and 1 bonus structure. Perhaps that would be a good compromise?
