So it’s not like normal stamina that refills one every 4/5 mins. And it costs 17 Aether to raid someone..

I suggest you upgrade the Aether Amphorae as soon as you can.

So make sure you break the opponent's aether structures when you raid

I'm not sure if it refills 100%. If I understand correctly, it depends on the level of your aether amphorae and your aether fountain.

It recovers some, the highest it recovered for me was about 3-7 Aether.

I think it’s 1 more than the amount you recovered in the last battle. I recovered 2 Aether in the first battle and in the next battle I recovered 3.

A way to fight friends' Aether raids for free (you gain nothing but you can do it just for fun) so you can see the replays and change up your strategies.

Yeah, I just saw the replay option when people tried to raid me. I might just raid everyone in my Friends list.
