Advise on my Ayra. Please help.

So I pulled for Ayra and to my surprise I actually got her. I just wanted to know if her IVs will affect her a lot
(-ATK, +SPD). I know +spd is pretty good but how much will -atk affect her damage? Also what seal should she use? I appreciate any feedback thanks!
