Advices on Micaiah(s) and L!Tiki

In a last desperate attempt on the legendary banner (don't remember but I was probably at 8% after another Micaiah or Catria's appearance), my favorite British loli has finally shown up 😁
Well, she is -Atk + Spd, definitely not the greatest IVs but I still extra love her : the thing is, should I give her a seal for Atk or the usual Quick Riposte when she reaches 38 Spd? Or something else if you have any idea

Also I realized that my first Micaiah pre-legendary banner was -Spd+Hp (+2 as my other one was probably -Atk). Thus there must be a better one within my new pitybreaking ones: +Res-Atk x2, +Res-Def, +Spd-Hp, +Spd-Res, and a -Atk+Def who will definitely be foddered or merged into another. Which one would you say is the best? And could a fast Micaiah become a thing?

Micaiah: I would go with +Res/-Def (for ploys) or +Spd/-HP. 31 spd isn't much, but I would make it a priority to buff that spd just a little more because there are A LOT of mages sitting at 35-36 spd and a lot of horses in the low 30's.

Tiki: +Spd/-Atk is fine. Just keep Fierce Breath and it already patches up that bane. With that spd, you could run special fighter on her if you have the fodder and unleash a lot of deadly special attacks. I would run the QR seal for guaranteed doubles on the fast swords if you go with Special Fighter. You could maybe run something else like Atk +3 or Close Def if you keep Bold Fighter on her.

Fast Micaiah is possible. I've seen spd ploy + brazen atk/spd on her. You would have 46 effective spd with that build and 8 merges if I did my math right. I don't think it's necessary because she hits hard enough to OHKO a lot and brash desperation is better for getting through slow wary fighters as well as most ranged units, but it's an option for saving the BA seal.

The best IV I see there is +spd -HP. The only time your ploy misses at equal merges is fury Deirdre, Felicia with fury or +res weapon (which is problematic, but Felicia was more or less a hard counter to you all along and the responsibility of a teammate), some Sheenas, or something weird like Caeda +res.

As for Tiki, how about special fighter to get some big specials going or aether to exploit her bulk?
