I've built her to what i think is solid enough for my team, but do you guys have any other ideas or suggestions? I sadly don't have distant counter, so this will have to do for now.
You could use a Fury3 in the A slot, in order to boost her stats and hit that Desperation range faster, apart from that, I think it's pretty solid (except for the DC you already mentioned... that would be great).

Aggressive! I can't say I like ward fliers on her because she wants to receive a ward, but in this build it does make sense. I also don't like Iote's shield because I prefer to save it for a DC flier, but if you don't have one or F.Grima is your only and she uses dragonskin, then we're probably looking at the team member who has the easiest time baiting the archer into range. I would suggest just atk+3, go for the jugular on enemy dragons right from the start of the battle.
The main downside of the build you have now is that if you ever switch to a DC build, you might have to replace a lot of pieces.
As a footnote, be careful against Nowi. -HP cuts Tiki's magical bulk, so if Nowi receives hone/goad dragons or an atk boon or has a lot of merges we're in territory where she might actually one-shot you. In the meantime, you will have a hard time finding a one-shot against her because she's blue and she really has a lot of HP.
I agree with the ward, i just kinda slapped it on her to boost my myrrh's defense, as i don't have a flying team, only a dragon team consisting of Ninian, Myrrh, Male Grima, and now SYT. It's likely gonna get swapped out for something later though, though i'm gonna need to do some planning for it .
