With +res she can still be a good mix tank even with -spd, +Def -Hp seems meh to me cuz she doesn't really get any bulk from it

+Res is better for tanking nowi breath. If her build is bof you cant leave def or res without boon or blue dragon like nowi can kill it. Spd also negligible for most of her build
