It’s your decision, but I would keep her if I was you. She is still a very good res tank, and her attack isn’t that bad. Her personal weapon also seems really fun to use, so I would use her.

IVs do not completely break a unit. She's a 5* exclusive, so unless you're planning on max merging her then her IVs won't really matter anyway. Hit the unit builder and try to find ways to build her before you hit the Q&A to ask if she's trash.

"Worst IVs possible" does not equal " Completely unusable unit".

Her attack is high enough standardly that an ATK bane won't kill her. I would say keep her till you get better one with IVs.
