Account transfer help maybe?

So I'ive been trying for an hour to use my FE account on my tablet over on my Phone but it's not letting me sign into it and use the account any help before I try and ask the FEH team?

Answers

Sometime they forces a specific country's version of FE when you are installing depending on your device's setting. Your account's country info need to match the country setting of game. Try changing the country setting on your tablet to match your account then reinstall the game. If the country setting is already the same, then I am not really sure why.

If the account was created on a Apple device, you can only use that account on Apple devices. Same with Android. Is that it?
