I was getting teary-eyed at my 4% on bulgefonse banner, but suddenly, I roll both a Bulgefonse and a Ninjabbit. However, both are +atk -spd. while they are good boons for both, the banes are large setbacks for both too. While im sure I can speed up Kagero on my flier emblem team, as I just run a hone and three goads, Alfonse is a concern of mine. How do I fix this boy. Or do i feed his massive spoon to like, Barst or something.

I prefer to keep at least one of each unit and seasonals are even more rare to summon. I prefer to keep him, but if you want to give the weapon to someone else Legion is the first option, then Anna(if you don't want to wait for her upgrade, if this happen one day) and Barst with +Spd -Res.
And with Spd upgrade, all of those units will be very powerful.
Only bulgeboy, But Bulgeboy is best boy, and I need to fill in the last slot of my non-chain challenge horse emblem, so he could replace Priscilla. Maybe if I pull two more Sothe then I can give them both life and death. As for Kagero, I finished leveling her and her base skills. She can hit 67 Atk and 50 Spd and also im somewhat frightened by her.
Don't get rid of your only copy of the unit! A +attribute seal easily patches a bane! Speed +3 for example. Furthermore, the blow/stance skill can patch and act as a boon depending on if you use the character as a Player Phase attacker or an Enemy Phase baiter/counter attacker. So, you can use Darting Blow 3 if he's only going to be initiating attacks, or Swift Stance if you want him to take hits and kill with the counter attack.
Or go for Death Blow/Fierce Stance if you want more power or Steady/Warding if you want more bulk.
Finally, if you use S Alfonse in a Horse Team, you can stack Goad Cavalry bonuses on him for potentially as much as +12 to atk & spd!
