About... That unit

Laevateinn? La... Laevatein? I played it in Chinese so idk how to spell, so anyway, cute little muspell sister, I got one which is -SPD +def and another is +spd -HP. Which on do I keep? On one hand I was thinking her spd wave can salvage her -spd and how -hp is really bad for a meelee fighter especially with how low her HP already is. Granted even if she won't be doubled by most except for BF or SF armors if she's +spd...

Another thing is should I merge her to fodder her spd wave to others? (Like Adrift Corrins xD or someone along those lines) Thank you for the help in advance!

Laevatein.

I'd go +Def, -Spd. Even with a Spd boon she barely reaches 34 Spd (40 with Spd Wave active, 43 with Fury) which is middling and too reliant on specific turns imo. It can be useful for preventing doubles but at the cost of losing physical bulk.

Meanwhile she reaches 37 Def with a Def boon (not to mention her basekit link skill gives her +6Def which means even being doubled can result in 0 damage) which makes her a good physical tank. Since most units will run skills like QR, BF, VF, WF; middling Spd isn't worth sacrificing HP: especially since it's a superbane.

This one is a matter of preference, and I really prefer +spd by a huge margin. But I assume she will get a +6 tactic buff and also to her other stats. Give her, for example, darting blow (because her damage will be off the charts already), heavy blade, and galeforce, and she will destroy entire maps. Maybe use, like, mystic boost because she'll have 40/28 defenses and can take a few hits and galeforce will always activate, or desperation is also ok.

If you don't like the potential to get doubled by a bold fighter, use vantage. She will have a natural double, and bold fighter doesn't take it away so if she hits first, then her double also hits first.

As for fodder...yeah I would expect fodder to be a good option. Link skill and spd wave can both be good, but I'm not good at using them.
