About spare flags after the end of a round...

As someone who spent all flags in every round in the past gauntlets, I was wondering: Do the flags you have left are reset to 0 after a round or do they stack until the current gauntlet ends? As I currently have 710 flags to use up before the round ends.

Unless they changed it from the last gauntlet, they do stack until the entire thing is over. They don't amount into the next voting gauntlet, though.

From round to round they do stack until the gauntlet ends, so you cooould save and wait for the final round and have as many flags as possible (unless the last update changed that idk). You wouldn't be the only person to do that. In the last gauntlet my 'current round' ranking went down by a few thousand for the final round (I'm assuming) because of the flag stackers.

This new x3 mechanic is something... so that may influence some people not to do that anymore.

If you think about it logically. Everything is made to balance out in the end. If you pick a losing team in compensation of missing out on 500 feather you get triple points that go into you accumulate total points in the end. Saving all the flags for the last battle might sound like a good idea because of the extra 1000 feather. But you are going against a larger pool of player. So unless you plan on going hardcore and passing your account to another person when you sleep. It won't make much difference where you place your flag in the end. But spending all your flag each round does ensure all your eggs are not is one basket so it's the least stressful way to do things.
