About Neutral Ishtar and viable set

Hello everybody!!

I'd recently summon on this banner and I've got a Neutral IV Ishtar.

What do you think of this set:
Weapon: Mjölnir
A: Swift Sparrow 2
B: Desperation 3
C: Odd Wave 3
S: Speed +3 (Personally think speed is way more important than Atk)

Leave me your opinions on this 😃

so with her weapon and swift sparrow you get +10 speed. that puts her at 45 speed on initiation. thats plenty for doubles so speed+3 seal really wont matter matter

Which seal would you recommend for her?

Actually...since shes not gonna have fury on. Her baiting potential actually suffers a lot so she does apprectiate the spd +3 seal for insurance in enemy phase.

Other wise if you have a spd buffer covered. Then distant def, heavy blade, qr are good for her

When you find those Mias/Ayras/Manaketes with +40 spd it is better to go full speed, so I would recommend or either how you are going to build her, or support her with speed buff and put an attack seal.

You really don't need the extra speed from the speed seal.
Use the attack seal instead, to boost her attack, and allow her to kill more units.
