About Lute build

Hello. Lute is my favorite character of all games and all you can imagine.

Already have a NEUTRAL Lute with summoner support.
My actual build is:

Her natural tome, Fury 3, Desperation, Res Ploy and Attack Ploy (as seal)

She works like a ploy user on my Ploy team (Gunnthra, Arvis, Spring Catria...)

She has amazing attack and resistence. THE PROBLEM IS HER SPEED. She has a 40 base speed. And even with her Spd ploy in her tome sometimes is not enough to double enemies. Should I change the strategy and take, for example, Speed Wave on her C slot? Then in some turns she could get 6 speed and would keep her Spd Ploy and Attack Ploy (or Res ploy) as sacred seal...
Also she would buff allies.

Notes:
Other skills: Resposition, Glimmer
Hero support: Gunnthra

Maybe you can focus her on more firepower and leave ploying to other heroes who does it better then her. You may trade fury for swift sparrow and complement her speed with Spd seal or res ploy to enemies feel her punch even heavier. Spd wave is a good alternative because everybody is ploying but you can equipe team with drive Spd seal or even hone Spd. I don't see atk ploy as a major skill in this setting.

If you have an neutral Lute shouldn't her speed be 38 with her tome and Fury 3? Either way, with that much speed she should still avoid being doubled but you might want to replace Repo with Ardent sacrifice so she can get to desperation range quicker. You can give her LnD3 to boost her damage and speed even more. Spd wave is a good idea, and trying to get a +spd -def/hp Lute when she's on rate up again.

I'd just give her the speed seal, attack ploys not that necessary she doesn't tank many hits because of fury anyway
Speed waves good if you want to, i'd just have allies buff her speed though, it should be enough
