About Lilina's Forblaze

Im happy i saved my +atk -spd Lilina... One shotter of Grima she Will be. But i Fell bad about color. Nowi Is blue, so she doesnt fell fragile at all, except with Naga tome. That's why I'm sure she Will be Tier 2-3, with grade 4, who knows, depending of Forblaze secondary effect.

Btw, what would be the secondary effect of Forblaze tome? If you saw before, It gives 5 luck to user... What IS will turn this luck into?

I can argue with :
-wind sweep against dragons, independent of the difference in spd, cause she has low base, and, of Course, it's a good synergy with effectiveness of the tome. Does damage but, If doesnt killed blue dragons for example, doesnt have recoil damage by lightning/DC/coloress Expiration breath, whose are mortal to every low defenses mágic users.

If not Wind sweep effect is begin with, which effect could?
