A few months ago when he was released I was happy to get a 4* fodder for atk tactic as it was the last tactic I needed for my team.
Now months later, despite summoning quite a lot of colorless, I still haven't got him.

I tried to go on the summon simulator from this site. Even after 3000 orbs he still doesn't show.

Is there something wrong with that guy or is RNG really against me ?

It happends. I have similair bad luck with Silas.

I fear that a simple demotion will make this an even bigger problem.

I have only summoned him once at 4 stars since he was demoted myself.

Managed to summon a 5 star version when I first started playing a couple months back.

Pulled about 2 4 star versions too but had shit IVs and were fodder.

To this day I haven't seen another one. He's a pretty good dagger unit too and I wouldn't mind merging him since my 5 star one is either -Atk or -Spd.

Pulling for a unit in the 4* pool is harder than pulling a focus 5*.

Just wait for him to be featured as the focus unit and pull then.

I've never picked up Libra in maybe 200-400 orbs in greens since his demotion? It happens
