About Delthea...

I got Delthea when I only had 5 orbs. +Hp -def tho. I know it's a bad IV. I should keep it until I can get another to merge. What skills should I put in?

Lucky you i have spent 100 for her yet i didn't get her but i won't give upShe is -def which is very good for her, Yes she doesen't increase her offensive but +hp allow her to survive mage a bit Better than neutral. While not amaizing She is definetly good. Also is good to have a great Blue offensive yet support blue mage. Still give her Fury or Speed blow to compensate her Speed or Just keep Death blow.
