8% Summoning Banner Worthwhile?

So while I'm stoked that we're finally getting a banner without pity breakers, there appears to be a lot of heroes in the banner that don't seem necessary especially given my existing roster and future changes.

Red: Ike, Celica, Ayra
This is definitely the best colour for me, as I don't have Ayra or a good red mage. Ryoma is already +1 and just seems better than Ike in most cases though heavy blade fodder is useful. Probably 2.5/3.

Blue: Spring Xander, Bridal Caeda, Fjorm
This is objectively the worst colour because of Xander and Caeda, especially compared to Camus and Linde (who's +Spd). Fjorm is obviously a good hero however and benefits a lot from a speed boon. 1.5/3.

Green: Spring Camilla, Hector, Deirdre
Green is an interesting colour because the heroes are all solid. However, I've already got a perfect IV +1 Julia (who will soon get Divine Naga anyway) and have pulled three Hectors. Spring Camilla has an interesting niche but doesn't interest me otherwise. Maybe 2/3.

Colourless: Bridal Cordelia, Genny, Brave Lyn
The next best colour, if only because theres no pity breakers. I have the free BLyn but could use an IV and a Genny who I'm reluctant to fodder. Bridal Cordelia doesn't need explaining. 2/3.

So all up it seems about two thirds of the heroes are worth summoning for. I'm F2P so most of the orbs I'll be using come from TT and the measly amount I've saved so far. How much should I invest in this banner? Should I keep trying for halloween or farfetched heroes?

YES THIS IS WORTH IT WTF, go for it!!!

No pity breakers? No 5* Ogmas to break your pity rate? 40% chance to get a 5* in a full summon? Outstanding units in the pool (maybe except S!Xander)? It is worthwhile!! go for it!
Also, many of the units here have rare and useful skills you could invest into other units, such as Distant Def in Celica or Wrathful Staff in Genny. It is the perfect opportunity to get SI fodder, especially since you are F2P.

Now that I think about it, given the weapon forge system, Wrathful Staff could create useful combat healers.

Kind of sad, because part of me actually wants a Genny for keepers.

It's not a 40% but a 36%.

If you already got Henry or Jakob from the Halloween banner, I would save my orbs for the 8% one.
Farfetched banner is not worth it over the Legendary Fest in your case.

This is one of the best banners to snipe on; no pity breakers, (unless you really don't want a character) and enough useful/fun/interesting/favored heroes in each category (except blue for me, but that's my opinion) to have backups in case your preferred color does not appear.

It's doubly useful for me since I don't have Bridelia and my SS unit is Genny, who I want to +10 and I didn't think she was gonna be in another banner ever. 8%, no pity breakers, the only unit I am really invested in merging, and not only that but staves are getting a boost! This is Christmas come early for me!

Actually, this is one of the worst banners for snipers. If you want only one unit of a certain color, the chances of you getting it are lower than if that unit was on a normal banner with other 3 characters.
