5*+10 extras?

so theoretically, if i was to ever build a 5*+10 Olwen (a unit with no worthwhile skills for skill inheritance) and i was to be pity broken by olwen a few more times. would it be worth building 2 5*+10 of the same unit?

and what if theoretically, i built a 5*+10 est (another unit with no worthwhile skills for inheritance but available at 4-5*), would you suggest the same as you would have to the previous question?

What is the practical point of this theoretical question? It's based on preference. Having two 5 star exclusives (with no inheritance potential) merged to +10 is fine, whereas having multiple 3/4 base units promoted and merged to +10 relies heavily on said unit and your personal investment into the game (maybe someone really likes Marth, so he has a team full of +10 Marths). Also Est is available at 3/4, not 4/5.

The first question YOU need to answer is: Is it worth it to build even 1 5*+10 Olwen to YOU? If the answer is along the lines of "only if I'm pitybroken by her", then 2 5*+10 is absolutely NOT worth building. 1 taking up room in your barracks is fine and understandable, but 2... really why bother?

I wouldn't say so, since game modes like Arena Assault don't allow you to use multiple copies of the same character. If I had a supermerged 5* character and happened to pull another, I'd honestly send them home for feathers.

The only reason to have multiple 5* supermerges would be if you wanted to make an Arena Defense team out of it. For example I actually saw a defense team a while ago with four supermerged 5* Est, each of them built around a different stat (Atk Est, Spd Est, Def Est, and Res Est) but that no doubt took a lot of "investment"

The only time you’ll ever need a duplicate hero is if you are going to use two in the same tempest/AA run or in the same team. Even if you wanted two different builds, you could just give her all of the skills for both sets and switch between the two as needed.
