Why are there so many units 5 star exclusives? Which units do you think should be demoted?

Katharina for example, she is the only one with the red owl tome as a 5 star exclusive, the other 2 you can easily get with 4 star heroes.

I personally don't see it happening anytime soon but these are the units i would demote :

5* exlusives
brave lucina and roy : they are really strong and all but they were chosen by the fans so it should be a little bit easier to get in my opinion. If something like this were to happen then i think it would be those two since they were the number 2's and don't have full kits

Gray : This way the zanbato isn't behind a 5* wall and grey isn't really the best unit either

Faye : same as Gray

Saber : basically a red unit Camilla. Only reason he's 5 star is because infantry pulse

Mia : no reason i just really want her ;)

only going to put names because otherwise i would spend allot more time on this than i would want to haha

This is by no means the best list to demote but i just picked a few that had potential to be demoted in my opinion

Some 5* exclusive needs to be added in the 4* pool for skill purpose (nephenee with wrath, genny with wrathful staff), or because they don't deserve to stay only at 5*.
5* exclusive means really charismatic - interesting - popular units.
And sorry for them, but the following units haven't this "flavor" of exclusive or special units : saber, katarina, luke, mist, nephenee, olwen, rhajat...

Nephenee/Genny's skills should stay 5* exclusive as they are both fantastic skills. If you really need wrathful staff, just refine a stave for it. Nephenee is also a really popular unit and if I remember correctly she scored very high on CYL. Mist is also a main character in PoR and RD so I guess that kind of justifies her inclusion at 5*.

I think all units should eventually become 4* so more people have a chance at getting them but would still need to spend feathers. Those that have been 5* exclusive since the beginning should now all be available at 4* and new ones could be reduced after a few months or so. No idea why Soleil immediate dropped to 4* after her debut banner ended but more of that would be nice.

Oh, undoubtedly, Nephenee and Luke need to be dropped down to 4 star. Unlike Hector, whose got a fodder that anyone who can get it would love, those two have fodder skills that you gotta know what you're doing to use. Not everyone can work Wrath well, and Panic Ploy even less so.
