5* Saber as fodder?

So I just summoned 5* Saber as a free pull and I don’t know what to do with him. My feelings for him are neutral so my first thought was; “Who can I give your skills?”. Which is my question: who should I give his Slaying Edge+ or Shield Pulse? Or should I start building him? He is -HP and +SPD. I’m honestly kinda okay with doing either of those things, but using him as fodder came first into my mind.

Well, he can be a very "passively" tanky unit, so if that's not your play style, then it's probably better to just fodder his weapon off to someone.

If you don't have many units, he's really good for AA.
Give him Pavise and he tanks pretty much every melee unit for ages. Put a random 4* healer next to him and he outsustains everything, pretty fun stuff he can pull off with minimal investment.
Plus he might get a refine someday, so if he's the only Saber you got, don't fodder him if you don't need it for your dreambuild (especially not for Slaying Edge, since that's only 20k feathers + 20 refine stones and definitely not worth sacrificing a 5* exclusive with such a rare skill like shield pulse)
Just my opinion tho.

Shield Pulse is a very unique skill. Raven/Linus with refined Basilikos work well with it because they become both powerhouse and melee "tanks" with Pavise.
