Is 5* merric worth building

I have had 3 5* merrics break my pity percent and I was wondering if he can be built into anything worthwhile.

Or if he has anything useful to give, but idk if spur res 3 is good for anything

That one is full neutral which is the recommended unless its +atk -res
my other two are both -atk +res lol
His skills are HP+5 and Spur Res 3 and with his wep Excalibur i could refine it to dark Excalibur

I don't think his stat spread is good enough as an offensive mage with Dark Excalibur. I got a 5* Merric as my pitybreaker and I built him to be a flier/blue mage/bow counter for Arena Assault and use him as a backup for my better green mages. I would just slap TA3 and QR2/Bowbreaker on him. He can run Gronnraven but so can many other green mages with better stats. May as well leave him to focus on fliers.

The issue with that is I have a PA!Inigo and a Cecilia built for B!Lyn and Rein with the TA green raven tome build.
and I definitely want to do something with him because I have 3 (otl) because sending home would feel like a waste.
