4th member for Flier Emblem

This will probably be a no brainer answer, but I'm gonna ask anyway, I need to choose my 4th unit and I'm torn here.

So far my units are +Spd, -Res Elincia, +Spd, -HP S! Corrin, and Michalis (mostly to tank B! Lyn with Iote's shield)

My choices for a 4th are between Valter and Hinoka (or Cherche I guess but I kinda want to use the feathers on my Camus rather than her) the problem I'm facing with the obvious Hinoka choice is she's -Spd, +Def/Res/HP I forget which and can't really check since she's not level 1 or 40 at the moment but it's not a good boon/bane and I like the idea of being able to panic ploy with Valter.

I'm assuming Hinoka but I wanted to hear your opinions (I don't reallyyy want to SI her away for the skill either)

Personally with the bad iv in mind I would give her up to SI and go with Valter or Cherche because hone fliers is exclusive to Hinoka right now and she is only available at 5* rarity. Hone fliers is an immense help to flier emblem teams especially if S!Corrin is using a Blarblade tome. Between Valter and Cherche I would choose Valter because you already have Elincia as a brave weapon user plus Valter can serve as another wall against the archer meta if you give him Iote's shield as well.

I'd also look into replacing Michalis, If Lyn has a brave bow even with that iotes shield he's not tanking it

As long as he's got his Fort Fliers buff up he can tank a quad from a +Atk B! Lyn even with her special activating, but it would be close ~1-5 HP depending on if she's running L&D or Sparrow respectively

I recommend using Valter and giving Hone Fliers to someone. Valter is a very capable tank in his own right and comes with Panic Ploy, a great skill to have.
