That hurts, I got her on the Brave banner when I was looking for the abyssal cheat code Veronica.

I don't remember when I got her as a 5 star the first time.

But this one will be used for Restore+. But who though?

I asked the same thing when I got her and the answer was a resounding no idea. If you use a healer with a tactic or emblem team relaying on visible buffs it's be good. I use a lot of flying bladetomes so H!Mia could be good with it as she has Hone Fliers and can then reverse any debuffs/Panic Ploy, I must look into that.
