40k feathers for P! Inigo inheritance?

I was able to get a Performance Inigo from the banner today with okay IVs, (-ATK, +RES) and now I'm pondering on whether or not I should give him both Gronnraven+ and TA3 for SI. However, I don't own a single Roy for TA3 and don't have a 5 star Cecilia ready for Gronnraven+. I currently have 50k feathers, and don't really have much to spend it on. (Other than maybe to promote my -HP, +RES Effie). Is the 40k feathers worth it for a Anti-Meta dancer?

Hold out for a Roy. TA2 will be fine for now. Also, I think Gronraven is fine tbh unless you are expecting him to be your only means of killing blues. You just want to make it so Rein/Lyn can't blow him up, and you'll need a breaker skill to kill just about anything anyway with Inigo's low attack and middling speed.

Yea, I know to run Bowbreaker on Inigo, but without a Raven+ he's unable to bait in and OHKO Brave Lyn thanks to the attack bane. I guess Inigo could still draw her in for another hero to ambush, but I'd prefer that he OKHO'd her.

Put Moonbow on him and an attack+1 seal. That will kill up through a +5 Lyn, although if she has Fortify Cavalry it won't. But most Arena Defense teams aren't using Fortify Cavalry on Lyn. It's too bad it isn't at least neutral attack, as that kills even +10 Lyn.
