40k feathers

What to do?
1) Nino 5*+5 to make +7
2) Nowi +res/-spd zero merges to make +2, and give her wb from extra l.Ike. I never started investing in Nowi since I'm waiting for better IV's. I have 3 4* now, two are +hp/-res, and one is +res/-atk.
3) make +atk/-hp Fae into 5*, and one Nowi 5* for weapon inheritance. That would be my second dragon so no full dragon team jet. And Fae looks mediocre, only op when merged a lot, imo
4) make Soleil +spd/-res a 5* and one hana to give LnD3
5) start making the Askr trio into 5* since they always get quests.
6) keep grinding since none of these options is making me excited

IMO finish the Nino, for it's better to spend feathers on one unit until they turn into +10 and when that's done then you can start spending feathers on other units.

True, I won't be playing this forever so it would be nice to have at least one +10 unit to show for.

I would build the soleil, personally. I have more fun building more units than focusing on getting a +10.
