4 Star or 5 Star Nowi?

So I have a +2 5 Star Nowi with non favorable IVs, but I do have a +4 4 Star Nowi with great IVs. Should I merge the 5 Star Nowi into the 4 Star Nowi to make it a +7 or should I bump up the 4 Star Nowi to a 5 Star and get a +3 5 Star Nowi?

get the +3 5 star its just better, its more stat points, plus you get access to lightning breath +

If I do get a +10 4 Star Nowi, it has the equivalent stats of a +5 5 Star. I don't plan on getting more 5 Star Nowis. That's my one argument towards upgrading.

Also, I would get Lightning Breath+ due to how merging works.
