4 + serra?

Ok so im looking at 8 4 star serras right now. I also have a bunch of feathers. Should i go for a +7 4 star serra or a +2 5 star?

Unless you REALLY like Serra, then there's no reason to make her a 5* aside from trying to give her Absorb+ and Recover+

Im just in need of a non sh!tty iv healer that will heal for more than azama, serra is the only one i have that isnt either -atk or -spd

Serra Atk isnt that great anyways, but a unit like Priscilla or clarine ot Elise or Genny would be better suited for the dedicated healer spot, as most of them even with a -atk IV can heal well, just arent good at initiating combat.
So with that being said, go the 4 star route, and inherit the staves you want down. You'll be much better off
