4-5 Star banners coming back anytime soon? I would really love me some Ares merges right now.

So after pulling a great iv -hp +spd ares, I went for the distant counter vantage build, and want to get more for merges, but there hasn't been a 4-5 star banner in ages. I bet he would be on it due to brazen atk/def at 4 stars when it returns, but the main question is... When? *insert suspenseful zoom in as the question is raised*
