I saw a guy in the arena with a +2 Black Knight. I thought there were only 2 Black Knights so far. Where do you get the third?

The new Starter Pack in the Shop menu. It's mentioned on the Notification Board.

The deal seems pretty worth for the money. 18 Orbs and Black Knight is a good deal for $5. It's up to you whether you want to get another Black Knight and additional orbs since it's a one-time purchase.
