3.0 exact timing

Apologies for repeating the question, but it's in relation to the 2-person banners.

I'm expecting it to release with the weapon refines, which means in maybe a week? Fire & Ice has 5 days after today, and VG banner has 4. Looks like we can't win the waiting game?

Traditionally WR is around the 7-8th if I recall so should be soon, but it’s already proven to be different with a record setting 7 characters. So you could be right. Could be 3.0 doesn’t necessarily sync with the new story of Chapter 3?
