If you have a high HP sword user you can give him panic ploy + brave sword that is what I did with my Lon'qu.

Keep the + def one if you like it and fodder the others two. A +2 horse with normal bst barely increase your arena score.

Fodder fodder fodder fodder FODDER! Luke has two great skills worth giving to better units in Panic Ploy 3 and Fire Boost 3. I'd keep them until you have a great unit you'd like to sacrifice Luke for.

Panic Ploy is a very rare and premium skill so don't merge. I don't think I'd ever fodder him for Fire Boost, lots of PvE modes have boosted stats with like 80 HP and it sucks that the advantage goes away the combat after you take damage. Even for like Arden, I'd still rather get Panic Ploy on him than Fire Boost.

Fodder. I got 3 in a row at one point too, one gave his Brave Sword+ to Soleil, I eventually level one up but it has no inheritance and the other is spare fodder.

Mmmm, I had extra Luke's for a while before I got sick of saving them when I was hurting for more barracks space, which looks like you might be atm. So, I finally just merged mine, cause I don't personally tend to use those skills, and there's more useful/reliable A slot skills than Fire Boost. And panic ploy is probably only good for when you're going up against a Blade Tome team in arena. Panic doesn't affect Spur/Ward/Goad bonuses which are applied in battle. So Luke's potential as fodder isn't very good for my play style.
