So i know the fact that legendary heroes to some people are one of the more harder heroes to summon that is in a Focus banner. But in Lyn's Legendary banner i managed to get 3 of her from sheer luck or just good RnG. So i'm wondering which Lyn should i keep?

And also is it worth it to fodder them for their Rally Skill to someone (My Main Arena team)? or Should i merge them together.
IMO go with Neutral cause the other IV's are not that good and Neutral = good, so yeah....
if you want to fodder off atleast one then I recommend to not fodder her off for her Rally skill It's the same rally skill as Roderick which you can get in his 4* version, I recommend to fodder off her tactic skill.
Fodder for Rally? Probably not. Roderick has the same skill as her at 4*, fodder Spd Tactic instead.
You can merge her if you like her, though 1 or 2 merges hardly make much difference unless you are using her as arena core.
Keep hp+. Since her def is not that high to take on multiple battles, def bane can be mitigated by the hp superboon easily, and with extra benefit of higher total magic bulk as well. That is just slightly better than a neutral one IMO.
