2 Winter Chroms

I've gotten two Winter Chroms from this banner. One is +res/-hp, the other is +atk/-spd. Should I build them both? or just combine them into the +atk/-spd variant? I currently don't have the extra distant counter, so neither will get that build, and so one is just a wary fighter basic build and the other is not built at all so far. Part of the issue is that I have a wealth of green armors (Fell Robin, Hector, Sheena, and Amelia, and also have a Halloween Henry that I'm debating giving a Close Counter to) so I'm not sure if it is worth having two around. Advice welcome.

A second question for those who have read this far: I've also gotten two New Years Azuras (one from before and one from this banner, both neutral). Is it worth holding on to one to use as Hone Flier fodder? Or should i make one a 40+1 unit?

The +Res is really nice, but not worth the cost of the -hp to Wary Fighter, so yeah go with the +atk-spd variant and get rid of that Spd altogether. I think fusing them would be a really good idea, as his high BST could really do wonders in the arena, not even accounting for the DC up and coming. That, and his skills really aren't that big of a deal, what with 4 star Ares coming with Brazen Atk/Def 3 now. So unless someone is just dying to get dat Big Sack o' Gifts, fuse the -hp one into the -spd one.

A number of people have asked about merging NY Azuras, and my reply every time is that hone fliers is so precious I really wouldn't unless you're intending to go +10, but then I think there are better candidates for that treatment
