2 Seigburts! But, both are +res...

I summoned on the legendary banner a single time with the free summon to see if I got lucky and could get VL Ike. Instead I got Seigburt, and then I summoned the second red stone and got another one. I was extremely happy until I saw one was +res, -hp and the other was +res, -atk. Probably going to use the -atk for Atk Tactic fodder, and not sure what to do with the -hp.
Should I build him with Death blow or Darting Blow and Desperation or just use him as fodder as well?

It's not bad. His boon is probably the worst boon, but his bane isn't bad (-hp). At least the bane doesn't touch any of his important stats.

Use one for fodder, build up the other one.

Alright, should I stick with Death Blow or should I give him Darting Blow for more doubles?

Siegbert's speed, with a neutral sped stat, is 35. If you're using him on a Horse Emblem team, then just stick to an attack-boosting skill. If you're putting him on a mixed team, then have one of your other teammates carry something like Hone Speed or something of the like.

Darting Blow is a relatively good skill, but, in my opinion, there are better skills to use on a unit like Siegbert, who has good attack, speed, and defense.
