I have an extra L!Ike that I dont know what to do with. The one I have now is neutral w/QR3 and the new one is +ATK -SPD. Should I merge my old one into the new one or should I fodder (WB) the new one? I feel the new one might be more optimal since the speed shouldnt matter too much if it has QR3 but I'm scared I might not be able to use f2p guides in the furture....
Second question is less urgent. So on the better VG banner (lol) I got Linde(free summon) and Olwen in 4 orbs. Who I really want is Ophelia though but I'm saving for L!Lucina.... Should I wait for a better banner? Or should I try my luck? Do you think Ophelia will be on the November Legendary banner?

I'm unsure when Ophelia will return, but she very well may. They're running low on units that haven't been in Legendary Hero Banners. Hell they've repeated Brave Lyn about 24 times now XD
And to that Ike question, honestly, you could use the +atk-spd one. I've had a +atk-def one for aeons and I havent had too many issues not fixable with the occasional SI addition like giving Olivia a drive spd or a spur spd or something to help Ike out. So I would do it IMO
If you have plans on giving anything Warding Breath (like a Nowi) than I'd fodder the +Atk -Spd one. The neutral one is useful if there are guides and his speed could buffed to become quite good. If you don't think you're gonna want to give anything Warding Breath nothing ever goes wrong with a merge.
As for your second question, I'd say save up. I doubt Ophelia'll be on the November legendary banner but Ophelia is in the normal pool so you could always get her.
I personally foddered off all my extra Ikes for WB since the neutral one helps me with pheonixmaster1's f2p guides. I would do the same thing since I also have an extra one now that I'm not gonna use but it's up to you. I would just recommend to keep the neutral one for abyssal maps or something else.
I personally also want to go for Ophelia. But I'm saving up for the legendary banner. She will appear probably in the amount of time Ishtar took to be in Lucina's legendary banner so MAYBE 2 or 3 months but it's just a guess. I wouldn't summon on the VG banner because there's a very small chance you'll get the 5 star you want.
