2 Panic Ploy Users?

Would it be a bad idea to have two Panic Ploy users on one team?
I have Lukas and Chrom and before now I’d had them separated on two different teams, but I recently changed my main arena team to have both. Should I try to give Lukas (as his max HP is lower than Chrom’s) a new C slot skill? Or would two panic ploy users work out?

ok im dumb so if i misunderstood u just now and u didnt mean the others on the team, sorry haha im kinda new to a lot of the wording when it comes to the games’ mechanics and stuff

No. Panic ploy is already kinda situational. Youd itd be a lot of opportunoty cost to run 2 panic ploy users instead of something more reliable

But score wise. Ye if you have nothing better to give them then its ok

switch chrom's out for an infantry pulse when you can, it will boost the rest of your team basically guaranteed (I mean unless your running hp boost arden for some reason).

I figured that might be a good idea, especially considering I’m not running a slaying/killer lance Lukas build
