2 L!Lyn's Which should I keep...

My first one is (-spd,+res) Although she has 33 spd I summoner supported her and she has 35 res. My second one is (+hp,-res) I'm glad that her spd is normal but should I really sacrifice her bulk in res. I need help should I use the slow bulky one and use quick riposte for doubling with laws of sacae as the A slot or should I use the more fragile one I'm so conflicted. What do you guys think?
