2 accounts 1 email and transferring data
Hey guys, merry Christmas!
I recently got a new phone and I wanted to transfer my FEH account to it. I messed up a bit so here’s what happened:
I downloaded and launched the app on my new phone and created a new account.
I thought that I would have to finish the tutorial to transfer my old data, so I did. But when I went to transfer my data, I accidentally used my email to register the new account.
This email also has my old account registered to it so it has (or had?) 2 accounts registered to it? Idk what happened. So I panicked and deleted all the game data and reinstalled the game.
So when I’m trying to register my old account through the main menu, I tap on my email, it takes me through the tutorial and all the steps to start a new account. Idk if this is what’s supposed to happen when transferring old data and I’m scared that I can no longer transfer my old account to my new phone. Please help :’0 I’m trying to transfer from Android to iOS btw.

I don’t think anything has been lost, especially if you still have access to your old Android phone, and the app is still installed on it.
If this was me, I would login to the original app, and double check that you have linked that device to your Nintendo account. Then I would load the iOS app, and also make sure that the account is linked. All of your heroes should show up on your new device, but you are orbs will not. (This is a technical thing. The only way around it is to spend your orbs before switching.)
