I managed to pull 2 exclusive Olivias thanks to RNG, even though I could’ve went through colourless hell. The IV’s are +SPD/-RES and +DEF/-RES. Should I merge, and what are the best specials/C slot skills to give to her?

What two stats are improved by merging them? Her defense is already trash, so I'd take the +Spd/-Res one for sure.

I have a discussion I started about the viability of a Poison Dagger build on her. But it's based on a +Atk IV. It might still be feasible with Fury 3 with the speed boon as you'll be able to double more, but it's going to be difficult to OHKO a couple of key units. IMO though, her B skill should be Wings of Mercy (nothing replaces its utility on a dancer), C should be a buff of some kind (Hone Attack or Speed), and Special should be Moonbow since yours is -Res.

I would lean toward saving the second for Distant Defense fodder given it's an amazing ability that is only available from one other unit atm.

That extra point of speed is tempting to go after with a speed build. I'd say ask yourself if Olivia is going to be your go to dancer, or are you hoping to pull an Azura/Inigo at some point in this event. I still might lean toward keeping her for now for potential Distant Defense fodder though.
