2 4* Effies and I don't know which IVs are better...

1st Effie lvl 40 +atk/-def
2nd Effie lvl 1 +hp/-spd
which is better?
Sorry just bit of a noob and the stats seem a bit important on both imo...

When it comes to Effie, she is geared more towards offense than defense. Unless you plan on giving her distant counter, the attack boon will help more imo.

With Distant Counter, the +HP. Without, use the +atk with Brave Lance.

Use the +Atk one, and give her the Brave Lance set with Death Blow.

Always use the atk+ Effie. It's her best boon, and while spe- is the best bane, attack wins out in the long run.
