170BST Gwen -HP vs. -Def

I have a +Spd -Def Gwendolyn that I plan to 10+ eventually (+5 now). Anyways, I was wondering if I should wait for a +Spd -HP one before I +10 her or if -Def is just as good or better in some cases.

I would take +spd-hp, as here hp will be fixed with a refine.

unless you run panic ploy on her there isn't really any situation that -hp is worse than -def. if you get a +spd -hp go for that one as the refinement makes up for the -3 health stat. though she has really high def anyway, getting more should always be welcome.
