He also has good mixed bulk and a neutral attack of 56 with his weapon, and said weapon has a built in omnibreaker. 17 spd is fine.

Expected,should have dropped it to at least 13 to give him more points in res.

Pretty good tbh. Weapon and B slot helps guarantee a follow-up attack anyways, and he has solid Def. Any more points in speed would've been a waste.
