Hinoka (+HP, -DEF): with Guiding Hinoka's Spear, Draw Back, Draconic Aura, LaD3, Drag Back.
5* Camilla (+SPD, -DEF): with Reposition, Goad Fliers

Map is very tight. The only 'safe' engage is against the Lance Infantry which is out of Xander and Green Mage Cav's reach. Kicker is Xander is packing Panic Ploy with his 70HP so getting buffed prior to engaging is going to need some fancy positioning. With a combo of Swap, Reposition and Draw Back, Myrrh can be Hone buffed while being ferried to reach and hit the Lance Infantry, all the while keeping the other 3 safe. She will KO that guy on the enemy phase.

Next one to take out is Xander. With Camilla Goad support, Hinoka will take him out of Guard threshold allowing NY! Camilla to KO with a Bonfire (as well as blocking the Sword Infantry in the right). Camilla Repositions Hinoka out of the green mages range and Myrrh takes out the mage cav with Goad support. The remaining enemies will be unable to KO Myrrh and NY! Camilla although they will be inflicted with Gravity.

Next turn, NY! Camilla KO's the sword infantry. Camilla Repositions Hinoka north so she can to move in to take out the cleric. Finally, Hinoka's Guiding Spear allows Myrrh to move beside her to KO green mage despite Gravity effect to clear the stage.
