Put Hector in the center right spot with distant def 3 seal. Also have a fast sword fighter in the top position with spur atk 3 c-skill, spur def-1 seal, and rally attack. Have cordelia with quickened pulse, galeforce, brave lance in the bottom left and any reposition cavalier in the bottom right spot (Reinhardt or Brave Lyn if you screw it up)
