Hit and run

I'm a F2P so I use mostly standard stock builds with Reposition on Lyn and swap on Black Knight and Effie.
Just take turn baiting the fliers using BK, Effie and Azura by swapping and dancing, then whenever there's an opening, shoot it down with Lyn, then retreat and repeat.
BK can easily survive green and red, Effie blue and red, and Azura blue. Even Lyn can tank a hit or two, so it's not a very difficult battle even on Infernal.
