The best IVs for Lachesis depends on how one wishes to utilize her. Lachesis will generally want an Attack boon to increase her damage output. However, Speed is a decent boon that, when stacked with Speed increasing skills, will help Lachesis avoid critical follow-up attacks, improving her survivability.

+ATK: An Attack boon will bring Lachesis’ Attack up to a respectable 35, the same amount as a neutral Genny. More Attack will both help Lachesis’ damage output as well as slightly increase the amount of HP she heals teammates for.

SPD: Speed should not be dumped so as to not make Lachesis a complete slowpoke who is susceptible to double attacks from everyone.

DEF: Lachesis has above average physical bulk compared to other healers and is definitely capable of surviving at least one hit, so it is preferred to not drop Defense. Defense is definitely a serviceable bane, however.

RES: Lachesis has a respectable Resistance stat of 30, and a bane in Resistance is a superbane that will drop this to 26. This will hurt both her magical soak and her capabilities of running a Ploy skill, so it is preferred that Res stay untouched.

-HP: Despite being a superbane, HP will typically be Lachesis’ best bane. Considering the way damage soak works in Heroes, HP will be less useful when a unit is double attacked, which will happen quite often in Lachesis’ case. If wanting to utilize HP based skills such as Infantry Pulse or Panic Ploy however, Def or Res should be taken as a bane instead.

A set designed to make Lachesis capable of crippling entire enemy teams via area of effect skills and weapons.
Attack is the preferred IV boon to improve Lachesis’ damage output. As this set is focused on attacking into enemy units to cripple their team, a Speed boon will not be very useful as Lachesis will not be able to double attack almost any enemies regardless, and she will still be susceptible to doubles herself most of the time.
Although Gravity and Pain have different effects, Lachesis will generally be played in a similar fashion no matter which weapon she is using. Gravity will help greatly with crowd control by slowing down the enemy team’s advance, while Pain will work to deal massive amounts of chip damage to enemies, allowing Lachesis’ teammates to come sweep in for the kill. The Dazzling effect for staves should not be overlooked, as being able to attack any enemy without fear of counterattack is huge. The Dazzling effect should be taken, considering that the Wrathful Staff B slot is used. If a B slot other than Wrathful Staff is used, then it is worth taking the Wrathful weapon effect instead in order to utilize Lachesis’ decent Attack stat.
Recover will provide the most consistent healing out of all the Assist skills, but Lachesis’ default Physic is a perfectly fine option as well that may even outperform Recover on occasion due to the ranged healing capabilities. Restore+ is a solid option as well.
Heavenly Light is a solid choice for a Special to provide overall team healing benefits, but a team supporting skill such as Swift-Winds Balm can work decently as well. Miracle is always a solid choice too, as this will help Lachesis survive in the event she is about to suffer a fatal blow. However, as Lachesis will be getting double attacked most of the time, one should consider that it’s possible that Miracle will not be able to save her if the enemy’s first hit is the one that activates Miracle.
Atk/Spd Solo is a great choice to significantly improve Lachesis' offensive potential, allow her to double slower enemies. The require of not having any adjacent teammates is not difficult to meet, and the skill will usually be activated in combat. Atk/Res Solo is another option that can work well too. Although the Resistance will not be useful on Player Phase if Lachesis is utilizing a Dazzling weapon refine or skill, it can come in handy for tanking magic attacks on Enemy Phase. Attack +3 is a decent choice for Lachesis as well as it will increase her damage output as well as slightly increase the amount of HP she heals teammates for. Close Counter is another interesting albeit very expensive option that can very well when paired with Vantage, but it is by no means a necessity to make Lachesis perform her job as a team crippler effectively. Close Counter functions best if paired with Vantage and Pain, as Lachesis will be able to deal massive area of effect damage, activate Vantage, and kill an enemy unit in retaliation.
Wrathful Staff combines very well with the Dazzling weapon effect, allowing Lachesis to deal normal damage. If one wishes to try a slightly more high-risk high-reward set, Wrathful Staff can be swapped for another skill such as Vantage or even Guard. However, if this is done, one should use the Wrathful weapon effect instead of the Dazzling effect, as unlike some other healers, Lachesis has an actual Attack stat that should be taken advantage of.
Savage Blow is a solid choice of C slot that when combined with a Savage Blow seal will lead to significant amount of chip damage. Lachesis can also run a Ploy skill such as Res Ploy or Atk Ploy fairly effectively, although she will have trouble activating it on units with very high Resistance.
The Savage Blow seal is a solid option that goes great with its C slot counterpart. However, a simple Attack +3 seal can work great as well to increase Lachesis’ damage output and the amount of HP she heals teammates for.

A set designed with only providing team support in mind.
A Speed boon is preferred to help Lachesis avoid double attacks and improve her overall survivability. One should keep in mind that if Lachesis’ Attack is dropped, this will affect the amount of HP she heals teammates for.
Slow and Fear are both solid weapon choices that will debuff the enemy team’s Speed or Attack respectfully. The Dazzling weapon effect is chosen to deny the enemy any chance of counterattack.
Physic is already a very solid Assist skill, but Rehabilitate+ and Martyr+ are both decent healing skills that can be inherited from Wrys or Clarine at the same time when Slow+ or Fear+ is inherited from them, respectfully.
Heavenly Light or Swift-Winds Balm are once again both decent support Specials, but Miracle is a bit more useful on this build as Lachesis will ideally not be getting double attacked, increasing her chances of surviving an encounter where she activates Miracle.
More Speed will further improve Lachesis’ survivability than a Defense or Resistance increasing skill, and as such Speed +3 is taken as the A skill.
Live to Serve is a solid B skill that will allow Lachesis to heal herself when she heals teammates, and it can be inherited from the same Wrys that one may inherit Slow+ and Rehabilitate+ from. A skill to help Lachesis’ movement on the map such as Wings of Mercy or Escape Route is a decent choice as well.
Lachesis can run a Ploy skill for her A slot or a simple, more available Threaten skill such as Threaten Atk. A team-oriented skill such as Hone Atk or Hone Spd is a solid choice as well.
A Speed +3 seal, when combined with a +SPD IV and a Speed +3 A slot, will help Lachesis’ survivability by putting her at a more respectable 34 Speed.

The Lachesis made for being a straight up dueler; only the most dedicated fans of the Nordion princess need run this build.
An Attack boon should be taken to improve Lachesis’ damage output and increase the amount of HP she heals herself for with Absorb. Despite being a superbane, HP is still the preferred dump stat. With the way HP and Def/Res work, HP will be less valuable when Lachesis is getting doubled, which will be quite often with her low Speed.
Lachesis can make good use of Absorb with her decent Attack. With enough support, Lachesis can deal significant enough damage to heal herself back up after being attacked.
Miracle is really the only choice of Special for this build, as Lachesis does not have access to damage dealing Specials. With Miracle charged, Lachesis will be able to survive a fatal hit as long as she is above 1 HP, which Absorb and Martyr+ will help her achieve.
Martyr+ is the preferred choice of Assist, as it is the only Assist skill that allows healers to heal themselves when healing a teammate. It is not an absolute necessity for this build to function though, and her default Physic can be taken if Martyr is not available.
Close Counter is absolutely essential for this build to allow Lachesis the ability to counterattack any unit that dares approach her the wrong way.
Quick Riposte must be taken as well as either a B slot or a seal. Combined with Close Counter, Lachesis will be able to double attack any unit that initiates on her, which mean 2 hits that also heal herself. Guard is a decent choice for a B slot as Lachesis will get attacked, heal herself via Absorb, and have enough HP to still be in the Guard threshold.
Odd Atk Wave is a great option for a C slot, as Lachesis will want to maximize her damage output as Absorb+ has only a measly 7mt. As it will only work every other turn however, particular care in positioning must be taken. At 30 Res, Lachesis can also decently run a Ploy skill. Atk Ploy will work nicely to mitigate the damage she takes, while Res Ploy will help her dish out more damage herself. A simple Threaten skill such as Threaten Res can work fine as well.
Close Def is the preferred choice of Seal for as this will greatly help mitigate damage from melee units. This works well against Dragon units too, as they will still target Lachesis’ Defense stat regardless. However, if Quick Riposte was not taken as the B slot, it must be taken as the seal in order to allow Lachesis to deal proper damage and grant her the chance of healing herself properly.
Overall, Lachesis will still have quite frail defenses, and any support she can get in the way of either summoner support, buffs, or spurs will help her immensely on this build. Ideally, Lachesis should be paired with a teammate with Reciprocal Aid with this build as well. The teammate can Reciprocal Aid into Lachesis to give her HP, and Lachesis can in turn heal the teammate that just lost HP.
Introduction
The moeified Nordion princess Lachesis makes her appearance in Heroes as an infantry healer. Lachesis has an interesting statline for healers, having decent Attack and bulk, but at the cost of low Speed. Lachesis with a +ATK IV is effectively a slightly bulkier Genny that is much more available, being summonable in the 3* and 4* pool. This makes her an excellent choice as a substitute for her if one wishes to more easily merge her.
Lachesis benefits greatly from the 2.0 update that buffed healers. With her respectable Attack, Lachesis is able to deal a solid amount of damage while also having the ability to deny all enemies the ability to counterattack via the infamous “Wrazzle Dazzle” combo.
Although her use in Arena will likely be limited due to her low BST, Lachesis can function very well on most teams by providing healing support. Unless Lachesis is receiving much in the way of support via buffs and spurs, she will not be able to fight most units head on, and as such it is best if she stays behind teammates and provides healing from a safe distance.
Strengths
Solid Attack
At 32 base Attack, Lachesis is tied for the 2nd highest Attack stat among healers. An Attack boon puts her at 35 Attack, matching the base Attack of the much rarer Genny.
Above-Average Healer Bulk
Compared to other healers that have all of their bulk concentrated in Resistance, Lachesis has slightly better mixed bulk. This, however, comes at the cost of her Speed.
Weaknesses
Low Speed
At 25 Speed, Lachesis is definitely on the slower side of healers and units overall. Despite her decent bulk, Lachesis will often get killed in one round due to not being able to survive two hits.
Low BST
Lachesis has a relatively low BST of 148, making her less than ideal for bringing in to Arena. However, as she is available to be summoned as a 3* and 4* unit, it is relatively simple to obtain copies to merge her and increase one’s score.

The main issue for Lachesis is her low Speed; this will allow many to cut through her with ease.

Raven Tomes: As Lachesis is unable to run Cancel Affinity, she is completely susceptible to units running Raven tome and Triangle Adept. Units like Lyon and Cecilia are common Raven tome threats that will hurt Lachesis bad.

Most Physical Units: Unless one is heavily providing Lachesis support in the way of defensive skills and buffs/spurs, Lachesis will fall to most physical attacks. She is slow to the point where the majority of melee units will double attack her and take her out with ease. Unless she manages to be saved by Miracle, common threats like Ayra, Brave Ike, Soleil, Brave Lyn, Amelia, and Zelgius will all eliminate her with ease.

Dragon Units: Dragons will target the lower Defense stat of Lachesis, making her very susceptible to common dragons such as Myrrh, Fae, Nowi, Young Tiki, Adult Tiki, and Legendary Robin (F).

"Staff units suck" - Idiots
Yes. It's high investment. Yes, there are units that can do _similar_ things better; but none that can do what Lachesis does like she does it. Absorb tanking is fun.
Firstly, this build requires someone to boost her attack and defense (and while you're at it resistance wouldn't go amiss either). I recomment running her in Tactic teams because of this.
The biggest weakness with this build is how slowwww Miracle is to charge. If you can get infanty pulse going that'd help her out a lot.
This is NOT intended to be a main tank. Lachesis can work as a check for mages, and can even hold her own against _some_ infantry melee units in arena. I usually use her to counter Ninos and even Legendary Ike in arena. That's the kind of stuff she can do, and it's always hilarious when it happens.
Remember, she's a healer first, and a soft tank second. Once she's got a heal or two off she's ready to tank if she needs to.

This Lachesis is solely based around healing. Nothing more. She will heal herself exponentially with Absorb+, and after a hit with CC she can heal herself even more with Martyr+ x Live to Serve 3.
Couple this with Absorb+ x Double Breath of Life and she'll heal units for 21 HP just by attacking, while healing herself. She will heal units within 2 spaces for 7 HP with Absorb+'s AoE Breath of Life 3 effect in the Enemy Phase thanks to Close Counter. Whenever Lachesis does something, THERE WILL BE A LOT OF HEALTH GOING AROUND.
Just to get the message across, we are using Heavenly Light to ensure that EVERYONE is staying in tip-top condition.
Anyway skills.
Absorb+ is in her Base Kit, allowing you to NOT got through the headache of grinding a 300+450 SP monster of a stave. It's also what has lead to this setup. AoE Breath of Life Effect while healing Lachesis too? Well sign me up.
Martyr+ is absolutely incredible with Close Counter, since most healers are going to be taking some damage when attacked directly...unless its name is Lissa or Azama. As a result, using this on our Lachesis here will create a rubber banding system which leads to - you guessed it - MORE HEALING.
Heavenly Light is one of the best healing specials in the game, mainly because it heals everyone on the field. Kindled-Fire Balm is definitely another option, but this tends to help keep the team on its feet. Plus, it contributes to the rubber banding that Martyr+ creates.
Close Counter means Lachesis can heal herself when attacked as well as others with Absorb+'s AoE Breath of Life Effect. If you lack a Takumi, the only real other options would be Steady Stance or Close Def 3. Both of which are...pretty expensive if you've merged your Tempest Rewards. Plus, I don't see many players wanting to fodder the Black Knight, Sigurd, Joshua or Shiro to a low tier healer. As an absolute last resort, Def+3 is always there, crying in the corner.
Live to Serve 3 is...pretty broken with Martyr+. You're essentially recovering all the damage you've suffered, since Martyr+ heals half of Lachesis's Atk Stat + half the damage she has suffered. That's 17.5, which rounds up to 18, plus ANOTHER 17 at maximum if she is at 1. That's...hmm...35. Live to Serve doubles this to 70 HP back, meaning she has literally restored what is worth 2 Lachesis. Only this boon and bane can successfully pull this off since her HP and Atk equalize at 35. However, Live to Serve 3 makes this RNG-proof thanks to doubling how much health she is getting back, essentially. Fear the Live to Serve x Martyr+ combo!
Double Breath of Life 3 means that with Absorb+ you're healing allies for 21 HP, or 7 HP if they're not adjacent. How can you say no to that?
Overall, with the right investment, Lachesis can become an extremely powerful healer. However, care must be taken in using her or she'll end up being assblasted by someone like Brave Roy, ending her quickly.

The Wrathful Staff and Dazzling Absorb+ set focusing on Lachesis' high attack and HP stats making her a better support.
Dazzling Absorb+ not only makes Lachesis stay in battlefield for more time, with Breath of Life 3 as C and Sacred Seal Lachesis can heal her allies high amount of 21HP as she bring the enemies down without worries of being hit back.
It is absolutely possible for Lachesis to utilize Fire Boost due to wielding 39 HP, one of the highest values of her class. This used with Dazzling Absorb+ allows Lachesis to maintain her HP higher than the opponent.
Attack +3 works just fine if you dont want to keep an eye on the HP.

Lachesis offensive/support build without wrathful staff.
Lachesis is the worst healer in the current game. This is due to her having low speed. I guess brother like sister (check eldigan). Seriously. Lachesis can do massive damage to her high attack, but keep in mind she will be killed by most if not all physical units. So keep her from frontlines.
Assault is taken becuase it has 10 weapon might which is the highest for any staff. It can be replaced with Panic, but keep in mind that this build will not do any damage to Wrys if you use Panic and he's +res.
Rehabilitate is used for consistency. That's the reason why martyr wasn't taken. Also Psychic is a skill you should NEVER use. This is becuase there are better healing support skills and psychic's 2 range can work against them.
If we could use offensive specials for healers that'd be OP. I can use an Iceberg or Draconic Aura, but sadly that's not possible. So for healers the best special is heavenly light becuase it gives everyone on your team +10 hp. You can keep Lachesis's base kit special but the effects will be lessened and will only help against physical units.
Attack +3 is used over Death Blow becuase I want to save those more powerful specials for units that'll actually make use of them. Death Blow would turn to +3 instead of +6 due to the fact that healers damage output is negated by 50%. So instead of wasting a death Blow, attack +3 is a better option due to it being easier to find in a 4 star cherche or Gordin.
Wings of Mercy is best used on support units like healers and dancers so they can support hurt teammates. Plus it's super great on healers to preform massive saves and with rehabilitate, they are now at near full HP.
Fortify Res is to support your team by giving them a res boost. There's almost nothing wrong with using a hone or a fortify. Those are the best C skills and defensive skills are better used for healers.
Attack +1 sacred seal to bolster her attack.
