Boon
-
+SPD: Felicia's best boon for self-sufficiency, as she is so fast that she will be able to double a huge number of enemies.
-
+ATK: Arguably better than +SPD once accounting for team support (mainly in the form of a Speed buff), as her new unique weapon allows her to have actual damage output.
-
+RES: Decent for maximizing Felicia's role as an anti-mage, as well as increasing the damage of her Res-based specials.
Neutral
-
HP: Best kept at neutral, as she needs a different boon but can't afford to take the hit to both her physical and magical bulk.
Bane
- -DEF: Easily the best bane; Felicia's physical bulk is pitiful (52 at neutral), to the point that she is very liable to die in a single hit from physical damage threats.

Felicia’s standard anti-mage set is simple but effective.
A Speed boon with a Defense bane is the optimal IV set, helping her secure doubles against slower mages while also helping to avoid doubles from faster mages. Felicia’s Plate when paired with its refine will allow her to reliably activate high charge Specials against mages, as well as deal extra damage to any unit with high Defense but low Resistance. Reposition is a good general Assist, allowing Felicia to aid with unit positioning when she is not needed for combat. For a Special, her default Glacies works fantastically since she’ll always activate it on her second attack against mages assuming she gets attacked thanks to her Plate’s Steady Breath style effect.
Fury serves as the optimal A slot, increasing her overall combat potential and giving her some much beneficial Attack and Resistance. Distant Def also works nicely to give Felicia even more Resistance. The B slot has a good range of choices. Cancel Affinity allows Felicia to take on mages using the Triangle Adept and Raven combo by negating their advantage. Desperation allows Felicia to attack again immediately after her first attack assuming she naturally doubles, though do note that this means she won’t always activate Glacies in combat against mages. Guard allows her to prevent enemy Specials when active, allowing her to safely bait Reinhardt who can potentially KO Felicia with enough Attack boosts and a Moonbow activation but preventing his Moonbow proc will prevent this from happening.
Thanks to her high Resistance and personal weapon, Felicia can actually make effective use of every Ploy skill. Def Ploy is the easiest to access and offers more power against mages and other low Defense enemies. Res Ploy also works well against high Defense enemies such as Boey. Spd Ploy helps Felicia double and can also pretty much prevent any double against her. Finally, Atk Ploy helps her to resist damage from both physical and magical foes. Distant Def makes for a great Sacred Seal, allowing her to more safely bait Reinhardt and other mages. Using Def Ploy or Atk Ploy is also a great option for the Sacred Seal if you want to run double Ploy skills.

Sacred Seal: Spd Smoke / Atk Smoke
This set allows Felicia to retain most of her effectiveness as a anti-mage unit while also offering nice support utility against other units.
A Speed boon with Defense bane is again the optimal IV set. The extra Speed not only helps her to double and avoid doubles from mage but also increases her odds of activating Windsweep. Felicia’s plate with the breath refine allows her to fight extremely well against mages while also doing good damage to high Defense units. Reposition offers a fine assist skill choice, but this slot is fairly open to what you personally want. Glacies is great against mages since the Steady Breath style effect of Felicia’s plate will allow her to consistently proc it against mages, though Iceberg can be used as an alternative if you think you’ll be fighting non-mages more.
Fury grants Felicia with a nice boost to combat potential all-round, with the extra Attack, Speed and Resistance in particular really helping her out. Windsweep in the B slot allows Felicia to safely attack units such as Hector, Dorcas, and Vanguard Ike who can all potentially OHKO her on their retaliation, though Felicia won’t KO without the help of Glacies thanks to her inability to double with Windsweep. Luckily, Windsweep won’t activate against mages, so she can still serve as an effective mage counter on her attack.
For increased utility, utilizing Atk Smoke and Spd Smoke in the C slot and Sacred Seal slot makes Felicia into an amazing debuffer as she can safely attack her opponents thanks to Windsweep and debuff the offensive stats of any enemy around her target. As both of these Smoke skills are available as Sacred Seal, which one you use in which slot does not matter. Atk Smoke is recommended for the C slot though simply because it can be inherited from Kaze at 4 stars whereas Spd Smoke requires a 5 star unit.

A more rounded set for Felicia, this build is about greater effectiveness in general against more units than just mages.
A Speed boon with Defense bane is once again advised. The extra Speed helps increase her activation chance of Flashing Blade while also increasing doubling potential. Rather than going for the Steady Breath style refine, a simple Speed refine for Felicia’s plate will help her more against non-mage targets while further boosting her Flashing Blade activation chance. Reposition serves as a nice general assist for positioning, but you can switch it out if something else better fits your team. Glacies is a great Special for Felicia as it grants her a massive damage boost and can be charged in two attacks assuming she activates Flashing Blade. Iceberg can also be used, but it will have the same charge time as Glacies assuming Felicia activates Flashing Blade.
The Flashing Blade Sacred Seal is what makes this set, granting Felicia with +2 Special cooldown charge as opposed to +1 on her attack assuming she has higher Speed than her opponent. Given Felicia’s high Speed, she can consistently activate this skill. Her Flashing Blade usage is pushed even further with Fury, granting her a nice boost to her combat capabilities. You can also run Flashing Blade itself in the A slot to make room for an alternative Sacred Seal. Desperation in the B slot allows her to perform any follow-up attack immediately so long and she’s beneath 75% of her HP, allowing her to potentially KO units such as Hector and Black Knight who Felicia can’t always safely fight due to her poor physical defenses. Cancel Affinity is a good alternative thank allows her to easily fight anyone running the Triangle Adept Raven combo while Guard allows her to prevent enemy Special activations, allowing her to safely bait Reinhardt. Spy Ploy allows her to debuff the enemies Speed, thus increasing her doubling potential and chance to activate Flashing Blade. Def Ploy and Res Ploy also both serve as good options in the C slot, increasing her damage against low Defense enemies with Def Ploy or low Resistance enemies with Res Ploy.
If one opts for using Flashing Blade as her A slot skill, Felicia has a variety of other Sacred Seal options. If Felicia can be given support from a skill such as Infantry Pulse, Quickened Pulse is a great option for the Sacred Seal. As you ideally want to activate Glacies as soon as possible, combining Quickened Pulse with Infantry Pulse will place Felicia’s Glacies cooldown straight to two. This allows her to activate Glacies in a single attack assuming she activates Flashing Blade. You can also run a simple Speed boost to make it even more likely for her to double and activate Flashing Blade. Distant Def also grants some safety against Reinhardt who can potentially KO Felicia with enough power and a Moonbow activation.
Introduction
You better watch out because wherever Felicia goes, trouble is bound to follow. Felicia comes through as a infantry dagger unit who specializes in anti-mage capabilities. While she can certainly do very well against mages, Felicia suffers from some pretty major drawbacks.
Her biggest assets are her 37 base Speed and 35 base Resistance. These two stats alone secure Felicia’s place as a strong magical wall, with both stats being easily boosted and making it difficult for any mage to dent her since she’ll take little damage and can easily avoid double attacks. Her unique weapon, the Felicia’s plate, has a great might of 14 and targets the lower defensive stat of any opponent, helping her against high Defense but low Resistance targets such as Hector. Her plate can also be refined for a simple stat boost or can also be given an effect similar to Steady or Warding Breath with increased cooldown against mages, though without the defensive boost of either breath skill.
However, the rest of her statline is very lacklustre. Her Attack of 23 is pitifully low. Even when combined with her personal weapon and Fury, she only reaches 40 Attack. This is compensated for by her weapon targeting the lower defensive stat of opponents, but she will still fail to deal significant damage to anyone with decent mixed defenses. Her physical fraitality also hinders her greatly. She will struggle to fight any physical unit using DC and anyone with enough Attack will likely KO her before she can even perform a second attack. After all, the fact that she now deals significant damage to Hector won’t matter if he just OHKO’s her on his retaliation.
All in all, Felicia has certainly improved thanks to the introduction of her personal weapon. Her ability to target the Resistance of high Defense enemies and vise versa allows her to now perform well against a larger array of units and can pray on physical units not using DC. Give her the right tools and this Klutzy maid will show you what she’s capable of.
Strengths
Amazing Speed
At 37 neutral, Felicia has one of the highest base Speed stats in the game. Only Anna, Athena, Lon’qu and Mia have more Speed when neutral. This gives Felicia good doubling potential, especially when she is with a Speed boon and skills such as Fury. It also makes it tricky for enemies to double her without relying on brave weapons or similar skills.
Great Resistance
At 35 neutral, Felicia has the second-highest base Resistance in the game, tying with units such as Deirdre and Micaiah. Combined with her high base Speed, Felicia serves as a great magical wall, making it difficult for mages to take her down without utilizing the Raven tome. It also provides her with a huge power boost when utilizing her default Special Glacies.
Felicia’s Plate
Felicia’s new personal weapon added in the 2.2 update, Felicia’s Plate grants her new power unlike she had before. Felicia’s Plate is a 14 might dagger that debuffs the opponent by -7 of their defenses and targets the lower defensive stat of her opponents. Unlike refined dragonstones where their lower Defense targeting only works against ranged units, Felicia’s plate works against any unit, allowing her to now actually deal good damage to units such as Hector or Xander without relying on her Special. When forged, it can be given an effect similar to Steady or Warding Breath, granting her +1 cooldown from actions in combat against healers and mages.
Weaknesses
Pitiful Attack
At 23 base Attack, Felicia has the third-lowest base Attack in the entire game, tying with Henry in this regard. Even with her personal weapon, she only reaches an Attack stat of 37 when neutral (40 with an Attack boon or Fury 3). Because of this, she can sometimes struggle to deal significant damage, particularly against enemies with good mixed bulk such as Joshua, Fjorm, or Myrrh where her weapon won’t really help much with her damage output. However, she will still deal good damage to anyone with low Defense or Resistance.
Physically frail
With 36 HP and 18 Defense neutral, Felicia suffers from poor physical defenses. 52 Attack is all that’s needed to OHKO neutral Felicia from full health. Because of this, she often finds it tricky to attack any users of DC such as Hector and Vanguard Ike. She can barely survive units such as Black Knight, Ryoma, and Ike, but all they need is a slight Attack boost to OHKO.
Team Options
Counters
Physical damage is the way to beat Felicia no matter the situation. Despite Felicia being tricky to double, her physical fraitality really shows whenever she is attacked by a powerful physical attacker. Typically speaking, Felicia wants to avoid being attacked by anyone who will target her Defense stat.
-
Physical Distant Counter units: 52 Attack is all that’s needed for a physical unit to OHKO Felicia, making one of her worst enemies almost anyone using Distant Counter. Zelgius, Legendary Ike, All forms of Hector, and Dorcas all naturally carry Distant Counter and have Attack high enough to obtain a OHKO against Felicia. All of these naturally reach 52 Attack or above when neutral except for Dorcas who reaches 51 Attack, but naturally carries Fierce Stance as well which pushes that Attack up to 57 whenever he is attacked.
-
Dragons with refined Breaths: Felicia cannot reliably attack dragons thanks to their refined Breaths. Any personal Breaths and all refined Breaths allow dragon units to target the lower defensive stat of ranged foes. This means Felicia cannot rely on her high Resistance to protect her. Notable dragon threats include Adult Tiki, Nowi, and Fallen Robin, all of which naturally come with Breaths that have Distant Counter. Myrrh and Summer Young Tiki are also significant threats. Myrrh can easily activate Great Flame against Felicia, preventing her from making follow-up attacks while Summer Young Tiki can quickly charge her Special and use it against Felicia thanks to Summers Breath.
- Archers: Bow users such as Brave Lyn, Bridal Cordelia, WF Hinoka, and Halloween Jakob possess strong offensive stats and are often seen carrying a Brave Bow that allows them to prey on Felicia’s low Defense or a Firesweep Bow which allows them to prevent Felicia from even counterattacking. Halloween Jakob can also run a Guard Bow and take very little damage from Felicia as a result if she attacks.

I am currently building an all felicia team and have experimented on the various builds i can give her. This particular one is meant as a support/tank unit. With 50hp and 39spd she’ll be able to tank a hit or two even though she is unmerged. When she is merged she’ll have 54hp or 59 if summoner supported. Which is actually a lot and she should be able to proc infantry pulse on most units. She can also run the panic ploy seal along with it but it’d mean she loses 5hp making her have 45 unmerged or 49 max merged. Her hp can also be increased through blessings as the bonuses stack depending on how many legendary heros you have. For example having 1 fjorm will give her +3hp and +3spd, but having 3 will give her +9hp and +9spd making her much more tanky having 59hp unmerged and 63 max merged or 68with summoner support. Anyways i dont know how viable this build is but it’d definitely be crazy to see this in arena.

The general anti mage Felicia build that has started to become popular as of late. Felica is one of my favorite characters and I’ve been using her since the start. Originally I was having trouble using her since her atk was so low but as soon as skill inheritance came I was able to improve her. And now with the mage meta and seals she can reign supreme in the mage killer niche. I usually run into a team with at least 2 mages every time I play arena, she can kill them easily and her special does around 36-40 dmg (depending on if she is merged) when it procs making her 1 shot around a third of the cast even if she does 0 base dmg. Raven tomes + Triangle adept were a problem for a bit but with felicia plate and its special effect she no longer worries about that as she can proc glacies so long as she doubles. I recommend having someone with fortify res just to boost her through the roof. Anyways if you wanna see her in action check out my twitter @genjisfatass and look at my pinned tweet. Its a thread of the times when she has done her job well, the more recent ones are when she her plate equiped.
Just to update this as now the meta is dragons/armored units she can still defeat most of them but just barely. Regardless she is a pretty solid unit to have even if its to just deal with mages

Pros:
+ With her newly acquired Felicia's Plate, she can expose her target's lowest defensive stat and deal good chunks of damage there
+ Incredibly fast, many targets will have hard time escaping her wrath
+ Once refined, Felicia's Plate becomes a major threat against mages as her Special cooldown accelerates quickly when in combat with them
+ Can also effectively run Kagami Mochi+ or Kitty Paddle+ in her disposal
Cons:
- Has abysmal Attack, she'll have hard time dealing damage outside of her Special trigger and not having access to Felicia's Plate
- Has low Def, thus she is easily taken out by powerful Brave Bow users and almost any melee users (and of course, Poison Dagger+)

The ultimate debuffing Felicia. With Seal Atk/Spd 2 and Spd Smoke/Atk Smoke, she debuffs the target by 5 in offensive stats and 7 in defenses, and all other units within 2 squares get a flat -7 to all stats, making them incredibly weak. Felicia's Effect forge is used just to increase her damage output by making her special charge quicker when under attack from her weak targets. Iceberg since it's able to trigger in one round with Felicia's Effect forge. The support skill doesn't really matter at all. It can be anything you'd like, but a movement skill is preferable, as this Felicia will usually want to attack, but a movement skill helps get her and her team up to the battle faster, or abort the mission.

Ally Support: If she's using Desperation, use someone who can deal with Raven Tome users. If she's using Cancel Affinity, use someone who can buff up her Atk and/or Res.
Sweet Mother Mila the damage she does...finally the day when no one laughs when I tell them my Felicia took down a full-HP Camus without activating a Special. Because of her new weapon and its Forge upgrade (but most specifically its upgrade), she now has the ability to take down foes in one battle where she did literally no non-Special damage before. It's amazing...she's amazing. Felicia not only rose from the bottom of the bottom, but she's now one of the units you have to watch out for. She's now one of the units that shapes the Meta, and it makes me so happy.
Moving on to her skills, you definitely want to go with the Effect Upgrade of Felicia's Plate, since that offers Heavy Blade/Warding Breath CDR against Tomes which makes her even more of an anti-mage. Because of this, you want her to have a lower-charge Special instead of Glacies to make the most of that, so go with Iceberg (to make use of her high Res) or Moonbow (for the guaranteed 1-battle Moonbow). I would take the former against the general populace, but Moonbow will offer you so much more against Tome users. If you're feeling lucky, Glimmer is another option seeing as she's going to target the lower of her opponents' defenses, but she won't be able to handle balanced-defensive units very well at all.
As for her Passives, Atk/Res Bond makes the most of what she has. You would have to sacrifice a NY!Takumi for it, but combined with Ally Support you're looking at a huge increase in damage. Desperation, combined with Ardent Sacrifice as her Assist to get her within its HP threshold, will let you deal with targets that can counterattack you far more easily. Breath of Life is her natural C, and it's a great team-healing option if you lack a healer (especially since if you are making use of Atk/Res Bond, you will be proccing BoL).
As for her other options, Mirror Strike 2 is a more accessible alternative with 1 less each stat and lack of Enemy Phase usability but lets you rely less on hugging allies, while Death Blow 3 is very accessible and has 2 more Atk than MS2 but does not increase Res. If you're taking Moonbow or Glimmer as her Special, consider Death Blow 3 as her A skill. Cancel Affinity 3 is a very safe option that lets her deal with Raven Tome users, at the cost of less initiation safety; if you're taking this, Atk/Res Bond will be your best friend here as its effect lasts through the Enemy Phase as well. Bowbreaker 3 is a great option as well for dealing with Bow users such as Brave!Lyn and Jeorge that would likely destroy her on a counterattack. For her C skill, you can replace BoL with its opposite for splash damage on defensively-balanced foes or just give her a Spur or Drive skill. I wouldn't give her a Hone skill unless you plan on her ally straying from her side.
For her seal, Atk Ploy 3 is her best option for safer initiations...what's great is that if she can proc Atk Ploy on a foe, chances are that foe will be taking some fine damage from her Plate. You can also take both Res Ploy C and Def Ploy seal instead so that she doesn't need to make a primary attack to lower their defenses, but it would cost you a Sonya, Lute, or Gunnthra for Res Ploy and each of them are pretty rare summons. Attack +3 is an option if you want more damage from her weapon, and Breath of Life 3 stacks with its duplicate C skill for even more ally-healing.
The Ally Support you want to go with really depends on what build she has. If you're going the Desperation route, she'll have trouble against Raven Tome users so you want her AS to have an option against those. If you're going with Cancel Affinity then she will have less safety on initiation (especially against Distant Counter users), so you'll want to give her an ally that can boost her Atk and/or Res so she can deal as much damage as possible before dying.
